YogaOne Sarrià is a yoga studio located in Barcelona, in the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi neighborhood, on Carrer Caponata, just minutes from Plaça Artós. Situated in a quiet residential area, the studio provides a peaceful, well-maintained environment, with a spacious, bright space that invites calm practice from the very first moment. The studio’s approach combines movement-based practices with slower, technically focused sessions, adapting to different rhythms and needs. This variety allows you to maintain a regular, consistent practice, naturally integrating yoga into daily life in an environment that encourages focus and continuity.

  • YogaOne Sarrià features one of our largest yoga studios, filled with natural light and offering regular barre classes to complement your practice. Alongside the usual yoga schedule, the center also offers dedicated Técnica Base Corporal (TBC) classes. With a minimalist design, artistic photography on the walls and plants that add warmth, the space is designed to help you feel comfortable and at ease while you practise. Located in the charming Sarrià neighbourhood, it brings together well-being, style and community in a unique setting.
