A welcoming, clean and peaceful studio. I’ve been coming for two years and have made great progress thanks to the teachers. There are different styles and paces, weekend classes, and plenty of wellness activities such as retreats, masterclasses and special events.

Highly recommended! Varied and complete classes, friendly and professional teachers, and great service. I loved the yoga workshop with live music. They also offer tea and coffee after class, and the location in Esplugues is very convenient.

I’ve been practicing yoga at this center for about three years, and from the very first day, I was captivated by its decor and the whole environment, which exudes peace and harmony. There’s a wide range of classes led by teachers who are true yoga masters; each one has their own style of guiding and giving instructions, which makes the classes unique. I’m delighted with my teachers.

The center is really good, and what I find makes it stand out is that they offer many types of classes for all levels. The teachers are great. 100% recommended!
